 New Student Registration

9am - 12pm & 2pm - 6pm

The state of Illinois requires a student to be five years of age on or before September 1, 2015 and be a resident of the Gardner Grade School district to be eligible for Kindergarten.  You will need to bring a birth certificate and two proofs of residency for children entering the school district for the first time during the 2015-2016 school year.

The state of Illinois Health Examination Law requires all students entering Kindergarten to have a health examination, a record of immunizations, eye exam, plus a dental examination at the beginning of school in August.

The state of Illinois Health Examination Law requires all students entering Second grade to have a dental examination at the beginning of school in August.

The state of Illinois Health Examination Law requires all students entering Sixth grade to have a health examination and a dental examination at the beginning of school in August.
